Foreclosure Specialists are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of foreclosure proceedings including but not limited to working with non-judicial foreclosure commissioners, responding to inquiries from borrower/heirs, database system updates, and management escalations when appropriate.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete thorough case review and proceed accordingly to ensure compliance with the federal non-judicial foreclosure process and HUD guidelines. High school education or equivalent required Some college preferred Maintain up-to-date entries in all appropriate required systems to ensure accuracy of the data. Receive and resolve correspondence from borrowers, interested third parties, regarding foreclosure. Provide regular reporting to management regarding case review, portfolio assessment, and completion of foreclosure metrics. Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information and interactions. Adhere to all established company policies and procedures Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information and interactions. The Employer retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position. This position is an onsite role in Tulsa, OK. where the work will be performed. It requires the mandatory successful completion of a federal background check to include criminal background check, credit check, and fingerprinting.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
High school education or equivalent required Some college preferred Legal/Paralegal background a plus Competent in organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization Ability to adjust to change management Self-motivated & goal-oriented Willingness to learn new skills and answer questions Understanding of foreclosure and evictions process is preferred Strong problem solving & critical thinking ability Exceptional written and oral communication Competent in organization, change management, multi-tasking, and prioritization Ability to work well as an individual contributor as well as be part of a team Detail oriented with attention to accuracy Impeccable punctuality and attendance Highly dependable (daily responsibilities/tasks, and project deadlines) Proven Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience Positive attitude and professional image at all times

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is performed in a professional office environment within a secure Federal Government contractor facility. Employees must be comfortable working in an active environment that involves standing, walking, bending, reaching, and computer work. Employees will regularly work with standard office equipment including computers, scanners, photocopiers. The position is fully onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma within a secure government-regulated facility and requires successful completion of federal background checks, fingerprinting, credit screening, prior to employment.
