per week and weekends are a must (Trade Show Exhibition/Sales). Individual must be able to travel as we do trade shows all over Oklahoma & Texas on the Weekends! Kulas Firearms, LLC is a dynamic, fast-growing firearm manufacturer. Even without firearm knowledge, Kulas is willing to train and teach a qualified sales associate. In this position, we have fixed weekend hours Fri, Sat and Sunday. We are looking for individuals who are willing to travel with our team to gun shows in both in Oklahoma & Texas.

Sales Associate Job Description:

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Associate who has the ability to learn their product and speak to it from a professional position, the eagerness to continuously learn and build a foundation of knowledge in the firearm industry. The duties and responsibilities of a Kulas Sales Associate includes but are not limited to the following: Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of our products and services which include having knowledge of firearms and of their functionality. Being able to assertively communicate the uniqueness and quality of Kulas firearms. Building product trust relationships with customers. Being able to clearly communicate with confidence and clarity. Being able to overcome objections, resolve concerns/complaints and provide a high degree of customer satisfaction. Working closely with customers at our showroom and at local/weekend Trade Shows. Remaining up to date on current firearms industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Following and achieving Kulas sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. "Go the extra mile" to drive sales. Suggesting ways to improve sales (e.g. planning, marketing activities, etc.). Work closely with production and sales staff.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role (2+ years of experience). Fair to good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficient in English (Bilingual

• Spanish +).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and, annual sales quotas. Solid communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus. Ability to work independently and perform under pressure. Availability to work weekdays and weekends (not to exceed 40hrs). Able to travel freely with reliable transportation. High School Diploma (minimum). Fair to expert knowledge of firearms. Successfully pass drug screening/test.
