Omakase Sushi Chef

If you don't have 3 years of sushi experience, do NOT apply! Kase x Noko, a 14 seat sushi bar in East Nashville, is looking for 1 experienced sushi chef. Must have availability on Sundays & Tuesdays. We offer 4-5 day work weeks depending on your needs. Pay is hourly plus tips. Love working in hospitality & restaurants but tired of not having a healthy balance between work and life? So were we & because of that, we decided to open our own restaurant so we could do things differently. We are looking to change the internal dialogue of what it means to work in hospitality & restaurants specifically. We have been operational employees in restaurants for years and are in the pursuit of finding balance within our industry.
