On-Call Child Care Specialist

What We're Looking For:

• Availability for at least 2 full days per week.
• 2+ years of professional child care experience with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or school-aged children (reflected in your resume).
• 3-4 professional child care references.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude.
• CPR Certification.
• A valid driver's license and car (not required in NYC or San Francisco).
• Must be 18 years or older.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay:

$20-$22 per hour, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit.

• Daily bonuses and overtime pay.

Employee Status:

Receive a W2 at year-end.

Perks:

• Work 100 hours/month (about 23 hours/week) and enjoy: ○ Membership to the International Nanny Association and access to a supportive Facebook group. ○ Sick time pay as mandated by your state or city. ○ Two extended education trainings annually.
• Work 150 hours/month and gain additional perks: ○ A $75 monthly health care stipend.
