Job Description

On Call Concierge NRI, Inc. United States, Virginia, Annandale 7611 Little River Turnpike (Show on map) May 18, 2026 Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, clients, and visitors
Manage front desk operations including check-ins, package intake, and access control
Coordinate service requests, vendor access, and amenity reservations
Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and shift handoff notes
Respond to urgent or sensitive situations calmly and according to site protocols
Uphold the highest standard of appearance, discretion, and hospitality
