If you answered yes to these questions... As a Home Instead On Call Coordinator, your responsibilities include…. Scheduling after hours shifts due to call offs, and ensuring all clients care needs are met by staffing. Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner Field new client inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable manner and schedule care consultations Assist with hiring process for new CAREGivers, duties may include fielding employment inquiries from prospective CAREGivers and moving applicants through the process. Communicate client and CAREGiver concerns or problems with daytime staff members as appropriate Ensure Home Instead standards are met and upheld Maintain regular attendance after hours to execute job responsibilities Demonstrate open and effective communication with owner, colleagues and

Remote Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 4:00pm - 8:00am Friday at 4pm - Monday at 8am Rotating Weeks (one week on, one week off)
Pay:
$200.00 per week
