On-Call Set Up Crew for Events

We are looking for dependable, hardworking Event Set-Up Crew team members to help bring weddings, winery events, concerts, corporate gatherings, and celebrations to life in our beautiful winery setting. If you enjoy active work, fast-paced environments, and being part of a strong team behind memorable events, we'd love to meet you. $25.00 / Hour What You'll Do Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, bars, décor, buffet stations, and dance floors Follow event diagrams and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) Move and organize event equipment safely and efficiently Assist with maintaining clean, organized event spaces before, during, and after events Support multiple event teams to ensure smooth execution Work both indoors and outdoors in a winery environment Help with loading, unloading, storage, and post-event cleanup Requirements Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work well on a team and follow direction Comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 50 lbs Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Attention to detail and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment Previous event, banquet, hospitality, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Folktale?
