The Nile Health Network is a state-contracted behavioral health agency proudly serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities across Arizona. We are currently expanding our HCBS Workforce Initiative , focused on building a dynamic pool of on-call Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to meet member needs with flexibility and speed.

Position Summary:

We are hiring On-Call/Pool DCWs to support our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) team. As part of our provider pool, you'll be matched with service cases as they become available based on your availability and preferred work areas. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work schedules, career entry into behavioral health services, or a steppingstone to permanent direct care roles and team lead positions.

Responsibilities:

Provide in-home support such as habilitation, attendant care, or respite Follow member-specific service plans Maintain professional documentation and timely reporting Respond to case assignments as needed based on availability and location Participate in required training and refreshers Why Join the Pool? Minimum Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older Valid CPR/First Aid Certification Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Completion of The Nile's New Hire Paperwork (NHPW) and HCBS Provider Profile Form Completion of all initial training curriculum (in-person, virtual, and online) Willingness to accept a case or provide service at least once every 60 days to remain eligible
