• A Texas driver's license must be obtained in order to maintain eligibility to drive on behalf of Spec's per the insurance company. Texas requires all new resident drivers to obtain a Texas license within 90 days of residing in the state.

Make notes on invoices showing variances and products damaged during store deliveries. Return products damaged during deliveries, including TABC tax stamps. Maintain driver route sheet after every stop. Ensure compliance with standardized filing system for store-to-store transfer paperwork and pick-ups. May be required to assist in unloading based on location needs. Receive payment for deliveries and verify amounts accurately. Inform manager of inventory issues or discrepancies with invoices encountered on route. Provide feedback to management regarding issues with delivery vans and box trucks. Carry out directives of management efficiently. Fulfill responsibilities with care and attention to detail. Practice teamwork and cooperation with others. Create and maintain strong professional relationships with our customers. Provide superb customer service. Possess time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks. Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment. Work in accordance with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA. Communicate with and understand team members and guests. Hours:

Full-time is typically 35 hours per week. Must be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday and must be available 80% or more of all shifts each week.

Certificates/ Licenses:

You must maintain a valid TABC Beverage Sellers Permit and in some cases, a valid Food Handlers Permit.
