This energetic role is designed for proactive, organized professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an On-site Coordinator, you will oversee daily site activities, coordinate with various departments, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Manage daily on-site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination to maximize productivity. Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, vendors, and visitors, ensuring smooth communication and efficient problem resolution. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes to integrate new hires effectively into the team. Monitor compliance with employment laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and other relevant regulations. Support talent acquisition efforts by assisting with recruiting activities, interviews, and candidate sourcing through ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms like iCIMS or Workday. Facilitate employee evaluations, performance management initiatives, and training & development programs to promote continuous growth. Administer benefits programs, handle HRIS data entry (using systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM), and manage workforce management tools such as Kronos or UltiPro. Lead change management initiatives related to organizational design or process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions across teams. Handle employee relations issues with tact and professionalism while maintaining confidentiality. Maintain accurate records of contracts, workers' compensation claims, safety audits, and other HR documentation. Experience Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles within a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of human capital management practices, employment & labor law compliance, and benefits administration. Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in project management, strategic planning, and organization design to support operational goals. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflict effectively and foster positive employee relations. Experience with recruiting tools like Taleo or Paylocity as well as social media management for talent sourcing is a plus. Ability to handle data collection, data entry tasks accurately using systems like ADP or Paychex while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment. Previous experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced setting will set you up for success in this role.
