About You We are currently seeking a Part Time On-site Leasing Consultant to help lease/assist the community manager at three properties What You'll Do Provide a quality living environment for our residents and promote positive working relationships with company employees and manage the apartment community in a manner which will meet the goals of our Company. Maintain high occupancy. Effectively market the community. Direct timely rent collections and deal with all income related issues. Takes necessary steps to ensure both appearance and physical integrity of the property. Light cleaning daily (common areas - laundry room, walk-ways, etc.) Coordinate the maintenance of the property with appropriate support groups to ensure the quality and timeliness of maintenance efforts. Promote positive public relations with prospects, residents, vendors, and clients. Enforce community rules. Develops a professional, motivated team through effective personnel management. Conduct apartment tours (in‑person and virtual), effectively communicating community features, pricing, and Greystone standards. Process rental applications, screening documentation, and approvals accurately and timely. Prepare, execute, and audit lease files to ensure compliance with company and legal requirements. Maintain leasing activity, traffic logs, and CRM follow‑up in Yardi/RentCafe or other Greystone‑approved systems. What You Offer Minimum 1 year of related experience managing a property of comparable size. Leasing experience is a plus. Must be a self-starter with excellent management skills. Demonstrated and proven experience successfully leading sales, customer service, and marketing efforts. Strong administrative and organizational skills, including attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact with current and prospective residents, peers, and management staff. Proficiency with Yardi (preferred) and Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of fair housing regulations and laws to ensure compliance in all leasing activities. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance are required. What We Offer Free on site 1-Bedroom Apartment separate from leasing office and monthly salary.
