On-Site Property Manager

Must have 650 Fico Score and Make $2200.00 per month to qualify for this position. Resident Manager needed for 22 Unit apartment complex in Visalia. This position is part time and is ideal for supplemental income. Maximum of 7 hours per week. Upgraded 2-bedroom apartment with private back yard. The unit will rented at $1060 a month. The ideal applicant must be organized, friendly, reliable and professional.

Responsibilities Include:

1060 Assume overall responsibility and live onsite to manage the property so that the owner's interests are protected and that the apartment community is clean, friendly, and a comfortable place for people to live Submitting maintenance requests for common area concerns Enforcement of apartment community rules and regulations Assist the Regional Manager in all areas as requested Walk entire property daily to be sure the common areas, landscaping, laundry, etc. (as applicable) are in good, clean condition Cleaning of common areas i.e. laundry rooms, parking lot, dumpster area, walkways, and mail room Minimum requirements: Proficient in Microsoft office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Ability to carefully follow written and, or verbal directions and procedures with little guidance 2 years Customer Service Experience Previous property management experience a plus
