Competitive, based on experience About Us My Home at Macon is a unique apartment community converted from a hotel into fully furnished studio and one-bedroom apartments. Because of this special setup, we need more than a traditional property manager. We are looking for a Property Manager who is also strong in social media marketing and leasing — someone who can run the property and actively promote it online to keep occupancy high. Who This Job Is Perfect For This role is ideal for someone who: Has prior experience managing an apartment complex Knows how to lease units quickly Is comfortable creating TikTok videos, Facebook Marketplace posts, and Instagram content Understands how to attract tenants through creative online marketing Is hands-on, organized, and self-driven Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of a 95-unit apartment community Handle leasing, renewals, rent collection, and tenant communication Supervise maintenance and make-ready process Keep units show-ready and properly furnished Maintain property standards and curb appeal Post listings and respond to leads daily Social Media and Marketing Duties Create and post videos of units on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Post regularly on Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, Craigslist, Apartments.com Respond quickly to online inquiries and convert them into showings Promote furnished living and flexible rental options Build local marketing connections for referrals Requirements Must have prior apartment property management experience Must be comfortable using social media for marketing Strong leasing and communication skills Organized and able to multitask Basic computer skills Reliable transportation Preferred Experience with furnished rentals or hotel-to-apartment conversions Experience with housing authority or voucher tenants Bilingual is a plus What We Offer Stable, long-term opportunity Support from ownership Ability to grow occupancy through your marketing skills Competitive pay based on experience How to Apply Apply on Indeed with your resume.
