Job Description:

Responsibilities Lead customer onboarding and implementation of their MDR platform across enterprise environments Work directly with customers to gather technical requirements and translate them into clear deployment and configuration plans Coordinate with internal engineering, product, and security teams to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding issues Support customers during integration and setup, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption Create and maintain onboarding documentation, implementation guides, and repeatable deployment playbooks Act as the main technical point of contact during onboarding until successful customer adoption is achieved Skills Strong background in cybersecurity, IT operations, or technical support within enterprise or SaaS environments Hands-on experience with identity and access management systems such as Active Directory and cloud identity platforms Familiarity with security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and related enterprise security tooling Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with system configuration, integrations, or API-based tooling in cloud or hybrid environments Strong documentation skills with a focus on building structured onboarding processes and customer enablement materials
