We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Oncologist/Hematologist to provide exceptional care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment in beautiful Santa Rosa, California. The Value of Working with Us Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule (4.5-day workweek) Balanced practice: Primarily outpatient with limited inpatient responsibilities(rounding and occasional consults) Integrated cancer care: Work alongside radiation oncologists and accessto radiation therapy and clinical trials Supportive, collegial team in a community-focused setting Generous benefits: Comprehensive package including health, dental, vision,and retirement Time off: 5 weeks of vacation, holiday, and CME time annually Path to partnership: Shareholder track after year 2, with long-term earningpotential exceeding $1M in bonuses over a full career Loan forgiveness: Eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Residency/fellowship stipend: Up to $2,000/month for qualifying candidates Relocation assistance available New graduates are encouraged to apply Competitive compensation: $477,125-$523,125 annually with a 2-yearsalary guarantee The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group.
