Job Description

Oncologist/Hematologist - Santa Rosa, CA (1091036) Physician - Sonoma County Join a mission-driven team at Providence Medical Group, in partnership with Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital—the designated Level II Trauma Center for California's North Coast and home to the only inpatient cancer center in Sonoma County. We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Oncologist/Hematologist to provide exceptional care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment in beautiful Santa Rosa, California. The Value of Working with Us Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule (4.5-day workweek) Balanced practice: Primarily outpatient with limited inpatient responsibilities(rounding and occasional consults) Integrated cancer care: Work alongside radiation oncologists and accessto radiation therapy and clinical trials Supportive, collegial team in a community-focused setting Generous benefits: Comprehensive package including health, dental, vision,and retirement Time off: 5 weeks of vacation, holiday, and CME time annually Path to partnership: Shareholder track after year 2, with long-term earningpotential exceeding $1M in bonuses over a full career Loan forgiveness: Eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Residency/fellowship stipend: Up to $2,000/month for qualifying candidates Relocation assistance available New graduates are encouraged to apply Competitive compensation: $477,125-$523,125 annually with a 2-yearsalary guarantee The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
