As an Onsite Coordinator you will have the opportunity to help our clients by providing them with high-quality candidates in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Walk the production floor to ensure operations are running smoothly, filing accident reports if needed, and working side by side with our customer to ensure satisfaction with Luxor Staffing employees. On-board and train new employees Accurately maintain employee files

Qualifications :

Previous experience in recruiting preferred but not required Flexible schedule required Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work overtime and some weekends as business demands fluctuate Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bilingual in English and Spanish required #IND123
