This individual will be responsible for playing a key part in employee onboarding, documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Full-time, on-site schedule with potential for occasional flexibility depending on operational needs Located in Franklin Park, Illinois Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the on-site HR point of contact for employees and supervisors, ensuring timely support and assistance. Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for all new employees (not temporary workers), including paperwork, system setup, orientation scheduling, and facility tours. Handle employee relations documentation, including issuing write-ups and supporting termination processes in alignment with company policies and procedures. Assist with new hire training to ensure all employees understand company standards, safety expectations, and production requirements. Maintain accurate HR files, attendance records, and confidential employee documentation. Support HR leadership with audits, compliance tasks, and day-to-day administrative duties. Help organize and support employee engagement activities and communication efforts. Ensure HR processes are aligned with food safety, GMPs, and facility requirements. Requirements and Qualifications Previous on-site HR, administrative, or clerical experience preferred-ideally within manufacturing, production, or similar high-volume environments. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Comfortable working on the production floor as needed to support employee needs. Proficiency with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, document management). — (Salary range based on experience) —
