At Environmental Commodities Corporation (ECC) , we design, build, and operate one of the world's largest mobile greenhouse gas destruction fleets. Over the past three years, ECC has removed the equivalent of more than 2 million tons of CO2 from the atmosphere - and we're just getting started. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Administrative Assistant to support field operations, logistics coordination, compliance tracking, and equipment administration across Pennsylvania and surrounding regions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving systems, supporting operations teams, and helping important work move forward efficiently. What You'll Be Doing Maintain accurate records for mobile equipment, trailers, generators, flare systems, and operational assets Coordinate equipment registrations, renewals, insurance documentation, and compliance records Support fleet management, asset tracking, and inventory control systems Coordinate logistics for equipment transportation, inspections, and field readiness Serve as an administrative point of contact for Pennsylvania-based field operations teams Organize and maintain audit-ready operational and compliance documentation Track inventory, spare parts, purchase requests, and vendor coordination activities Support onboarding and administrative setup for new employees Assist with office coordination and operational support functions Help manage environmental documentation, calibration certificates, and inspection records Support permit preparation and emissions documentation processes Identify opportunities to improve operational systems, workflows, and administrative efficiency What Will Help You Succeed 2-5+ years of experience in operations support, logistics coordination, administrative support, fleet administration, or related roles Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment Experience supporting field-based operations or industrial teams preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Point Experience with equipment tracking, inventory systems, fleet coordination, or compliance documentation is highly preferred Background in environmental services, mining, construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, transportation, or industrial operations is a plus Strong communication and follow-through skills Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems Work Environment This role is primarily based in Washington, Pennsylvania, with occasional travel to operational or field sites as needed.
