Description:

Operations Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a high volume environment Daily interactions with customers such as medical facility administrators and personnel Support Field Service personnel with clear communication; proactively work to ensure service appointments are confirmed Assist and support field dispatch responsibilities to keep techs' routes efficient and on-time Manage multiple projects as directed by the Office Manager Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Requirements:

Operations Administrator Qualifications:

Experience in Operations and Field Service Industry Proven, excellent administrative experience Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Proficient in MS Office Minimum 3 - 5 years administrative experience preferred in field service industry High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
