Contracts-to-close:

keep every transaction moving cleanly from acceptance to closing table Office operations, files, and systems Vendor relationships and negotiations Scheduling for the agent and team Bookkeeping, payroll, and budgeting in QuickBooks Client events and community outreach (quarterly) Social presence across Facebook Business and Instagram Light showing/inspection support as needed

Required:

Active NC Full Broker license (not Provisional) 3+ years in real estate operations, transaction coordination, or brokerage admin Strong Working knowledge of MLS (Paragon/Flex) and an e-sign platform (DocuSign/Dotloop) Strong organization and the judgment to run a business without hand-holding We'll train you on: Follow Up Boss / KW Command, Canva, and our specific social workflow. You don't need to walk in knowing our exact stack.
