Job Description

Cortica is looking for an Operations Administrator to join its growing team! As the Operations Administrator, you will represent Cortica as patients and families enter the clinic. In our fast-growing company, your role involves daily operational tasks crucial for clinic support, requiring excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Your compassion, attention to detail, and dedication to making a difference will contribute to successful outcomes. What will you do? Support site operations including but not limited to open/close procedures; facility maintenance; and inventory, equipment, and furniture management. Complete administrative tasks such as greeting families and clients, client check- in/check-out, collecting copays, assisting with appointment scheduling, and document management. Interface with facility vendors and monitor inventory for necessary supplies. Oversee clerical procedures at the front desk, and handle communication effectively. Work closely with the Site Operations Manager and schedulers to identify and correct problems relating to same-day scheduling backfills, cancellations, scheduling conflicts, and EMR errors/fixes. Assist with onboarding of new hires and orientation. Appropriately communicate and escalate issues to authority. Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness, and provide therapist support as needed during treatment and/or transitions. Ensure a safe working environment including removal of safety hazards and following clinic safety protocols. Cross-train with other roles to ensure coverage of clinic operations. We'd love to hear from you if: You hold a high school diploma or equivalent. You have 1+ years of office experience, preferably in healthcare. Your Compensation & Benefits $2,000 continuing education stipend. Receive competitive compensation, $21.17/hr to $26.47/hr , depending on experience. 401k matching.
