This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating office operations, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, office management experience, and excellent communication abilities. Bilingual proficiency is a plus. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organizational skills and professionalism are highly valued. We have a 2nd shift opening and a weekend which is Wednesday thru Sunday days open. Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Create work orders within the company's ERP software. Read and analyze engineering/manufacturing prints to determine routing sequences and required materials. Print, assemble, and organize production packages, including travelers, engineering prints, and machine programs. Communicate with the Plant Supervisor and department lead to provide daily progress updates. Monitor order status and follow up on delays or issues to keep production on schedule. Prepare and release daily work order audits. Process production NCRs (non-conformance reports). Coordinate with Purchasing Department to ensure required materials are available for upcoming jobs. Assist with programming computer-aided production machinery as needed. Performs other work/tasks/duties assigned over the course of employment as deemed necessary to support the needs of the business which are not listed above. Work/tasks will be assigned through the employee's manager/immediate supervisor or by senior leadership. Qualifications Ability to read and interpret engineering and manufacturing prints Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Able to take instructions from a supervisor. Problem solving. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail. Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Prior experience in sheet metal manufacturing or a related industry. Familiarity with ERP systems and production workflows. High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) Proficient English written and verbal communication skills and be able to read and understand work orders This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in an organized environment and enjoy supporting team operations through efficient administrative practices.
