Schedule/Hours:

Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM 36 hours/week Orientation on

Mondays On-call:

One shift per week Weekend and holiday shifts as needed This assignment is tailored for skilled professionals enthusiastic about gaining exposure to new clinical protocols, advanced emergency care practices, and various leadership approaches. Qualifications:

Active KS or compact RN license Minimum 3 years of recent ER experience (required) 5+ years ER and large facility exposure (preferred) Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications Prior travel assignment experience (no first-time travelers) Ability to rarely float as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional, rapid-response nursing care in a busy ER setting Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams, adhering to evidence-based practices Skillfully assess and prioritize patient care needs in acute and emergent situations Efficiently manage documentation, triage, and communication with families and providers
