Operations and Farm Management Assistant

Local tree farm seeking a motivated individual to join our team with the opportunity to grow into a managerial position. This role involves assisting with a wide variety of day-to-day operational tasks and learning all aspects of our farming operation.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with farm operations and management Coordinating logistics Customer relations and communication Inventory and order management Supervising or assisting crews as needed General hands-on farm work We are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, organized, and willing to learn. Experience in farming, landscaping, agriculture, logistics, or management is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a desire to grow with the company.
