Operations Coordinator Freight Brokerage / Logistics

We're a fast-growing family-owned freight brokerage looking for an organized, reliable Operations Coordinator to support our sales and operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well, and enjoys solving problems.

Daily responsibilities include:

Tracking and tracing shipments Providing customer shipment updates Scheduling pickup and delivery appointments Managing carrier packets and documentation Assisting with data entry and administrative tasks Helping resolve shipment issues and communicating with customers/carriers Supporting our sales team with operational needs

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient with email, phone communication, and basic computer systems Logistics or freight experience is a plus but not required

Compensation:

$18-20/hour based on experience Opportunity for growth within the company Performance-based incentives available

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00

PM Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
