Full-Time Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator to support studio operations within a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you will help coordinate day-to-day activities, events, and scheduling to ensure smooth execution across multiple workstreams. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to support both planned initiatives and real-time operational needs, including logistics, events, and studio readiness. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in dynamic environments where priorities may shift quickly.What You'll Do:
- Manage and maintain the studio operations calendar to ensure accurate scheduling and coordination
- Coordinate studio tours, including scheduling, planning, and on-site execution
- Support travel coordination and logistics for internal teams and partners
- Plan and execute on-site and off-site events and activities
- Assist with day-to-day studio and facility operations to ensure readiness and efficiency
- Maintain internal documentation, meeting notes, and operational records
- Support cross-functional coordination across teams to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with additional operational tasks and projects as needed
What You Bring:
- Experience in operations coordination, administrative support, event planning, or related roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Proactive mindset with a positive, "can-do" attitude
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and operational needs
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience supporting studio, production, or media environments
- Experience coordinating events or managing logistics
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and calendar management systems
