Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage field operations for security contracts
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of field staff
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with site managers to develop and implement schedules
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, safety, and client job approval
  • Provide guidance and support to field staff, including training and development opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any issues or concerns
