Operations Entry Clerk

In this energetic role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data, managing inventory, and supporting the seamless flow of goods through our distribution center. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help ensure efficient order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving processes. Responsibilities Accurately input and update order information using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms. Assist with order picking, packing, and staging to ensure timely shipment of products. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts safely to load, unload, and move inventory within the warehouse. Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments with RF scanners and documentation. Stock shelves efficiently by following proper stocking procedures and maintaining organized storage areas. Utilize basic math skills to count stock, verify quantities, and perform inventory adjustments. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment, including picking & packing orders for delivery or transfer. Qualifications Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred, especially familiarity with warehouse distribution processes. Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or RF scanners is a strong plus. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software is advantageous. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly are essential. Pay:

$23.14 - $27.87 per hour
