Job Description

READ THE DETAILS. THIS IS NOT A DESK ONLY JOB.
We are looking for a sharp, dependable, hands-on person who wants to learn, grow, and become a key part of our team. This is not a desk-only job and not a labor-only job. It is a mix of computer work, job tracking, ordering materials, inventory, equipment prep, crew support, and learning how jobs are planned and completed. One hour you may be reading project emails and entering work into the computer. The next hour you may be receiving materials, finding parts, setting out equipment, checking a spreadsheet, or helping make sure a crew has what they need before leaving for a job. What You'll Learn and Do Read job information and enter it into our system Track job details, materials, equipment, orders, costs, and status Use spreadsheets to keep information organized and accurate Order materials and equipment from vendors Receive inventory and organize it by job in the warehouse Learn how to review tower drawings, scopes, and construction documents Learn what tools, equipment, and materials are needed for different jobs Coordinate with crews to confirm what they need Set out and double-check equipment before crews leave Help track basic job costs, including materials, labor, and overall job profitability Communicate with crews, vendors, office staff, and management Help keep the shop, trucks, tools, and materials organized The Right Person You do not need to know everything on day one. But you do need to be someone who: Wants to learn and grow Likes being busy and moving around Can also sit down and focus on computer work Is organized and good with details Can follow through without being reminded all day Is comfortable around tools, trucks, equipment, and materials Can lift, carry, and move equipment when needed Can ask good questions and catch when something does not look right Takes pride in being dependable and useful to the team Physical Requirements Must be able to lift, carry, move, and organize equipment, tools, parts, and materials weighing 50-100 lbs. Helpful Experience Experience in construction, telecom, tower work, trades, warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, purchasing, equipment, mechanics, job costing, or project coordination is helpful — but the right attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are most important.
