Job Description

Overview Wildlife Control Supplies has grown steadily over the past 30 years, serving professional tradespeople and distributors across all 50 states and internationally. We are seeking an Operations Team Lead who will help ensure a high-quality customer experience by supporting day-to-day operations, improving internal coordination, and helping our team respond effectively to customer needs. Role Summary The Operations Team Lead will play a central role in supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across the company. This position works closely with customer service, warehouse operations, sales, marketing and finance to improve communication, streamline processes, and ensure customers receive accurate, timely, and dependable service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, people-oriented, and comfortable balancing daily operational responsibilities with longer-term process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Support daily operational activities across customer service, warehouse/fulfillment, purchasing, and administrative functions Work with the customer service manager and team to help resolve issues, improve processes and responsiveness to enhance overall customer experience. Work with the warehouse manager and team to improve order flow, inventory coordination, shipping accuracy, and fulfillment efficiency Provide support to our dynamic sales and marketing team Help identify operational bottlenecks and develop practical solutions that improve service and efficiency. Coordinate and follow through on operational projects and process improvements Monitor workflows and support communication between departments to ensure smooth execution of daily operations Assist with reporting, budgeting, and operational planning initiatives Promote a collaborative, accountable, and solution-oriented work environment Support continuous improvement efforts focused on customer satisfaction, reliability, and operational effectiveness Qualifications Experience in operations, customer service management, logistics coordination and financial management Strong organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to improve processes and solve operational problems Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to support decisions and improvements Experience with ERP systems, order management platforms, or ecommerce systems is a plus Benefits Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and retirement plans Opportunities for professional development and growth If this role resonates with your skills and aspirations, we encourage you to apply and become a key player driving WCS's success.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
