Operations & Maintenance Technician

The Operations & Maintenance Technician performs equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and mechanical troubleshooting to support plant operations. This role ensures reliability of plant equipment including shredders, conveyors, pumps, and pyrolysis system components. Key Responsibilities Perform routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues Maintain pumps, conveyors, shredders, and plant equipment Assist with plant start-up and shutdown procedures Perform lockout/tagout during maintenance activities Work with operators to resolve equipment issues Maintain maintenance records and documentation Support plant reliability and equipment improvement efforts Qualifications Mechanical, industrial maintenance, or millwright experience preferred Experience with pumps, conveyors, motors, or industrial equipment Ability to read equipment manuals and maintenance procedures Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

Pay:

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
