Essential Job Function Duties and responsibilities include: Oversees financial management and planning for territory's project costs including utilization rate Ensures training programs and project documentations are accurate and complete Reviews paperwork sent to customers Monitors receiving and shipping activities at project locations Facilitates tours and customer visits Reports customer complaints Reviews projects for evidence that best practices are being implemented, applied effectively and understood at all levels Assists in developing company procedures and advocate compliance Serves as liaison between the customer and project team Manages location teams and administrative staff Qualifications Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Degree or equivalent experience Excellent organizational skills in order to establish, implement, control and revise projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to travel on short notice Minimum 5 years experience in management and supervision of salaried and hourly personnel Working knowledge of corporate budgeting and financial management processes Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office ProfessionalSimilar remote jobs
