With expansion into multiple markets and increasing demand, we are looking for a driven, hands-on Operations Manager to help lead our team and scale our operations. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager specializing in flooring, with a focus on Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP), to lead our operational efforts and drive business growth. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the success of our flooring division and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities Take ownership of daily operations, driving accountability, performance, and execution across the team Lead and manage the flooring operations team, ensuring high standards in service, efficiency, and quality Oversee scheduling, logistics, and order flow to ensure projects run smoothly from order to installation Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, organization, and material flow Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to customers and job sites Oversee project execution from initial coordination through installation completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability Monitor operational performance and financial metrics, including margins and cost control, to drive business results Troubleshoot operational challenges in real time and implement effective solutions Support and develop team members through coaching, training, and leadership Collaborate with sales by meeting clients, visiting job sites, and helping close opportunities when needed Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and key clients Maintain clear, consistent communication across operations, sales, and customers Occasional travel as needed to support operations in Tampa Experience 5+ years of experience in the flooring industry or related construction field (LVP strongly preferred) Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment Strong understanding of flooring products, installation processes, and customer expectations Experience in operations, logistics, and project management , including overseeing projects from start to completion Ability to read, estimate, and manage flooring projects, including material takeoffs and job costing Demonstrated ability to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive operational performance Strong business acumen with an understanding of margins, cost control, and overall profitability Experience working with or supporting sales efforts, including client interaction and jobsite visits Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership and operate independently Excellent communication and leadership skills across teams, clients, and partners Bilingual (English + Spanish and/or Portuguese) is a plus Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
