Job Description

Real Estate office seeking a
FULL TIME
self-motivated, accountable, trustworthy, friendly Operations Manager. Daily responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Works in alignment with the company's mission and values: integrity, ownership, passion, pride, respect, positive energy, and drive toward goal attainment. Attain the goals as set forth by management. Seek and follow management coaching toward increased productivity. Daily duties include-Run day to day operations of the office, Pay all bills for office via Chase Bill Pay or QuickBooks, Process all commission checks (sale, rental, or referral) that come into office and when cleared to close and okay to pay, provide commission check to agents, Make daily deposits, Weekly audit of transaction management systems with assistance of contracts person, Cancel listings on CRMLS, Complete all commission instructions and commission disbursements for agents, Prepare and complete payroll for all office employees, Handle all Human Resources matters, Place orders for office supplies monthly, Manage up to 10 employees within the company Maintains inventory of office, kitchen, cleaning, and bathroom supplies. Provides on-site facilities management as needed checking doors, electrical outlets, kitchen areas and appliances, safety hazards and cleanliness Manages clerical tasks as needed Liaises with staff, vendors, customers and other third parties as needed and provides customer service and direction as needed Other duties as requested All potential hires will require a background check. Hours 8:30am
  • 5:00pm Monday
Friday Job Type:
Full-time Follows all established office wellness protocols including but not limited to disinfecting all work surfaces, high touch surfaces and common areas before / after use at the end of the day and intermittently throughout the day. Answers department calls as needed Maintains supply inventory of the department / office as needed Manages clerical tasks at the request of the CEO/Broker and company management Liaises with staff, vendors, customers and other third parties as needed and provides customer service and direction as needed Other duties as requested Job Qualifications Office experience in a related field preferred but will train Tech savvy with MS Office experience and the ability to learn industry platforms in support of real estate operations Strong phone and communication skills Be able to perform Administrative duties Able to multi-task and prioritize duties and tasks in a professional manner
  • Able to make decisions, meet targets and occasionally work under pressure.
  • Demonstrates confidentiality and discretion where applicable.
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills; ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • A sense of urgency, comfort with ambiguity, drive for results and ability to remain true to the company's brand and image.
  • Must maintain transportation for occasional work-related driving along with CA minimal insurance requirements and a valid, active state Driver's License.
Must occasionally be available after hours / weekends / holidays All potential hires may require a background check.

Part-Time (40 hours weekly beginning) All potential hires may require a background check. Hours Position will average 40 hours per week depending on need and workflow.
