THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organized, driven Operations Officer to lead the heartbeat of our hospital operations. This is not just a desk job—you'll be on the floor, in the systems, and in the details, ensuring everything runs smoothly while helping lead a high-performing, kind, and accountable team.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Staff scheduling, PTO management, and daily coverage Payroll accuracy and labor efficiency Inventory, ordering, and pharmacy pricing Cost of goods sold (COGS) performance and pricing strategy Facility, equipment, and IT oversight Practice management system accuracy and scheduling flow Department lead accountability and communication Operational projects and business initiatives
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
2+ years in operations (veterinary experience a major plus) Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Proven ability to lead, follow through, and get things done Comfortable managing people, systems, and numbers Strong communicator who leads with kindness and clarity A true team player who believes culture matters
