Job Description:

Operations Planning SME (TS/SCI) - Fort Meade, MD (Onsite) We are hiring a senior-level Operations Planning SME to support strategic and joint operational planning efforts at Fort Meade. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep experience in the Joint Planning Process (JPP) and a strong background in multi-domain military environments. What You'll Do Lead development, analysis, and execution of joint operational and strategic plans Facilitate Joint Planning Groups and Operational Planning Teams Conduct mission analysis and support COA development and evaluation Author and review planning documents (CONOPS, OPORDs, white papers, etc.) Translate strategic guidance into actionable plans and directives Support crisis action, future, and deliberate planning efforts Collaborate across Joint, Service, and Combatant Command stakeholders Serve as a senior advisor to military and civilian leadership Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree + 15 years of relevant experience OR Master's + 10 years (additional experience may substitute for degree) Extensive experience with the Joint Planning Process (JPP) from initiation through plan/order development Strong understanding of planning frameworks (BPLAN, CONPLAN, OPLAN, Commander's Estimate) Expertise in mission analysis and COA development, including evaluation criteria Preferred Qualifications Graduate of JAWS or SAMS Experience within a Combatant Command (CCMD) J5 or J35 environment Background in DoD acquisition or program management supporting IT/communications solutions IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+, CySA+, SSCP, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
