Operations Research Analyst

Job description The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is seeking a Mid-Level Operations Research Analyst who independently performs operations research and analytical modeling in support of readiness, logistics, and sustainment objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

optimization, simulation, and statistical methods. Analyze maintenance, supply chain, operational, and cost data. Develop analytical models, simulations, and dashboards. Support readiness assessments and COA development.

Technology & Systems Familiarity:

DECKPLATE.

Vector.

RAMP. IPSMS. AMSRR. OARS. AFAST. MDAT. REMIS. LIMS-EV. MAL-EIT

(EPUK, NGBMS, LPT). Readiness dashboards, modeling tools, and enterprise data warehouses.

Required Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. Citizen. Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience producing accurate meeting minutes, governance documentation, and formal reports. Strong writing, analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Ability to work onsite at NAS PAX River, MD.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting DOD, Navy COMFRC headquarters components. Secret Clearance.
