Senior Logistics Analyst - NAVY COMFRC

Job description The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst who serves as a logistics and sustainment SME supporting readiness, maintenance, and supply chain optimization for Naval Aviation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct logistics and organizational studies and evaluations. Design systems and procedures to improve operational effectiveness. Analyze maintenance, provisioning, and supply chain data. Prepare logistics and readiness documentation. Lead mission-critical logistics and readiness initiatives. Oversee and mentor junior analysts. Lead sustainment trade studies and readiness impact analyses.

Required Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. Citizen. Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or Supply Chain Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience producing accurate meeting minutes, governance documentation, and formal reports. Strong writing, analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with various logistics databases and technologies and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Ability to work onsite at NAS PAX River, MD.

Experience supporting DOD, Navy COMFRC headquarters components.
