Responsibilities for an Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Timely and accurate release of motor vehicle titles, liens, UCCs, and other collateral documentation
• Conducting due diligence on asset status using systems of record (SOR) and vendor portals
• Preparing and executing lien release documentation, including notary execution and required signatures
• Updating internal systems with release status, maintaining tracking and audit accuracy whilemunicating with internal and external clients Candidates for Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Knowledge of leasing documentation and credit structures
• Experience preparing Bills of Sale, Power of Attorney, Lien Release Letters, UCC terminations, or similar collateral documents
• Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Highlyanized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Desired qualifications:
• Experience with LMS or Alfa systems
• Experience with Dealflo What's in this Operations Specialist position for you?

$19.19/hour

Shift:

Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Duration:

12-month assignment

Pay Details:
