Part-time (Approx. 35-40 hours/week) Position Overview We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual—ideal for someone retired or semi-retired—who wants to stay active and contribute to a growing construction company. This role is a mix of escort driving, property upkeep, and general support work . Some days are longer escort trips, while others involve helping around the yard and supporting different departments. This is a great fit for someone who doesn't need constant direction and naturally looks for ways to stay productive. Responsibilities Escort Driving (as needed) Escort oversize loads to job sites (day trips) Typical days range from 6-10 hours depending on route Maintain safe and professional driving practices Property & Yard Maintenance Mow grass and maintain lot appearance Spray and manage weeds Keep yard clean, organized, and presentable Material Delivery Support Assist with small material deliveries to job sites Help load/unload materials as needed General Support Communicate with managers across departments to find where help is needed Step in to assist with light tasks that keep operations moving Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable driving for extended periods (escort trips) Able to operate mower and basic equipment Self-starter who stays busy without being told what to do Reliable, punctual, and consistent Physically capable of light to moderate labor Schedule Average ~35-40 hours per week Escort days: 6-10 hours Non-escort days: ~8 hours What We're Looking For Someone who takes pride in staying productive Not someone waiting to be told what to do Dependable and easy to work with Enjoys a mix of driving and hands-on work (CDL required OR we may help you obtain this license) Safely operate and transport a mule for unloading and loading Ensure loads are secure, accurate, and delivered on time
