Operations Supervisor Dreamland Galaxy - Indoor Playground, VR Arcade & Café Bradley, IL Full-Time | Salary Position Overview Dreamland Galaxy is a large family entertainment venue featuring an indoor playground, VR arcade, attractions, and café designed to create safe, exciting, and memorable experiences for guests of all ages. As Dreamland Galaxy continues to grow, we are expanding our leadership team and seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Operations Supervisor to help support daily operations, staff coordination, guest experience, and facility standards in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining high safety and service standards. Key Responsibilities Daily Operations Assist in overseeing day-to-day facility operations Help ensure attractions, VR equipment, café areas, and play zones remain clean, safe, and operational Support opening and closing procedures according to company standards Monitor guest flow, facility cleanliness, and overall floor operations Staff Support & Supervision Help coordinate staff scheduling and floor coverage Support and guide hourly team members during shifts Assist with employee training on customer service, safety procedures, and company policies Report operational or staffing concerns to ownership when necessary Customer Experience Help maintain a welcoming, family-friendly environment Assist guests with questions, concerns, and general support Support waiver compliance and facility rule enforcement Help resolve customer concerns professionally and calmly Safety & Facility Standards Assist with enforcing safety procedures and operational guidelines Conduct routine walkthroughs and report maintenance or safety concerns Help maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the facility Ensure incident reporting procedures are followed properly POS & Operational Support Support POS operations and daily transaction procedures Assist with operational reporting and daily summaries Help monitor inventory levels and supply organization Assist with receiving deliveries and verifying inventory counts Qualifications Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, food service, or family entertainment centers is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable enforcing policies and maintaining operational standards Basic computer and POS system knowledge Dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Physical & Schedule Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business hours

Compensation Starting Salary:
