Operations Team Lead

People-Property-Product Responsibilities:

Assists with training of team members. Oversees the daily workflow; oversees scheduling and assignments of the assigned team. Conducts performance evaluations and coaching that are timely and constructive. As one the owners of the FMDS board, TL is responsible for adding data, recording for TM to view. Hold all members accountable to rules, regulations, policies, and objectives. Maintains detailed and accurate work records. Collaborates with the team to identify ways to improve department effectiveness; implements viable ideas. Resolves conflicts that arise among team members and/or other employees. Inspect all equipment at the end of shift to make sure all forklifts are ready for the next shift. Complete BBO and Floor Audits Hold all Hero employees acountable for Safety violations Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Must be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of a TM/Forklift Operator. Excellent management and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to motivate team to accomplish objectives. Ability to solve conflicts among coworkers. Ability to remain organized. 5 s rules the organization, Basic understanding of records, inventories, and other routine documentation used in the warehouse. Thorough understanding of warehouse procedures and regulations. Experience Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision within a fast-paced logistics environment Strong background in inventory management, shipping & receiving, materials handling, and warehouse distribution processes Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a warehouse setting Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to heavy lifting, forklift operation, and materials handling Join us as an Operations Team Lead to energize our logistics operations!
