Job Description

What you´ll do Perform all tasks safely and responsibly, reporting unsafe conditions and maintaining cGMP compliance at all times. Prioritize and manage batch workflow, ensuring top-priority batches are addressed while monitoring others. Set up, transfer, homogenize, sample, resample, and adjust batches to ensure quality specifications are met. Prepare, sanitize, clean, and maintain compounding equipment, tanks, filters, hoses, and overhead lines. Calculate batch yield, complete warehouse transactions, manage semi-finished goods inventory, and offload bulk tankers as needed. Properly label, handle, and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous waste; maintain clean and orderly work areas. Maintain clear communication with supervisors and mechanics, complete standard work documentation, and perform other assigned duties. What makes you a good fit High school diploma or equivalent required Be able to work the schedule: B Shift (6 pm to 6 am, Sun-Tues and every other Wed) and open to training off shift Must be able to perform all tasks of lower grade levels in the Compounding Department. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
