Extrusion and Milling Operator | Lake Mills, WI | Direct Hire Our client in Lake Mills is seeking a dependable Extrusion and Milling Operator to join their team on a full-time, direct hire basis. This is a great opportunity to step into a stable, Monday-Friday role with consistent hours.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30

PM Responsibilities:

Safely operate extrusion and milling equipment throughout the production process Adjust and monitor extruder controls to maintain optimal process settings Measure and monitor inventory bins as required Collect samples and support quality control efforts Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues to maximize machine longevity Maintain strict compliance with plant and food safety standards at all times

Qualifications:

Experience in farming, agriculture, or a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards

Pay:

$24.00 - $25.00 per hour
