Regular Full-Time Overview:

The Operations/Research Analyst, Senior provides comprehensive research and analysis support for the task order for the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM); Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center; Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate.

Responsibilities:

Manages and directs the analyses of management problems, performs cost analyses and modeling, provides information requirements and formulates scientific solutions as directed. Supports program reviews, meetings, etc. Performs other related duties as assigned. Provide cost estimating expertise to all personnel, at all organizational levels, on matters pertaining to the development, availability, and application of cost analysis methodology. Prepare, develop and review program office estimates (POEs). Provide guidance and review of Government Cost Estimates. Conduct cost studies to facilitate the development of acquisition documentation for all aspects of lifecycle management. Provide subject matter expertise in the execution of Army and Department of Defense cost-saving efforts (i.e., Will/Should Cost initiatives). Prepare and review miscellaneous cost reports provided to senior level management.

Qualifications:

Required:

Minimum 10 years experience and/or AS/AA or 2yr Tech School; or HS/GED w/ 15 years or military experience E5 and up Knowledgeable with Department of Defense cost policies (e.g., DoDI 5000.73) as well as component policies (e.g., Department of the Army's Cost Analysis Manual).
