Operator 1 - Resin Development- Manufacturing, 3rd

Shift Hours:

6PM to 6AM, $18.00 to $21.00 an hour ($2.50 Shift Differential), Bristol, RI Operator I (Chemical Ops) will produce high quality, non-contaminated batches of various grades of polyimide resin for the automotive and aerospace applications. The incumbent will utilize training, written procedures, work routers, written/verbal communication and employ chemical processing equipment in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. The Operator I is required to follow procedures and ensure documentation is accurate and maintained to meet IATF and ISO standards as well as complying with EPA, DEM and local regulations.

3rd shift- 6PM to 6AM Mon - Wed and 6PM to 10PM on Thur Shift Differential for 3rd

This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 5% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week • 52wks)) for this position, is $44,700 to $51,300. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
