This role is a combination of customer service, organization, technical hands-on work, and independent shop management. Because we are a small business with a small team, reliability, consistency, and follow-through are extremely important in this position. m. Paid lunch breaks 5 PTO days after 90 days Shop closed on major federal holidays This is a long-term hourly position with a calm, independent working environment. Why This Work Matters We've spent over 16 years helping thousands of families preserve some of their most important memories. These aren't just tapes or slides — they're often the only remaining pieces of a family's history. Customers regularly light up with gratitude — and sometimes even tears — when they see lost memories brought back to life. On any given day, you might digitize a 1950s slide collection, preserve audio from a vintage vinyl record, or transfer a reel showing historic moments captured decades ago. It's meaningful, hands-on work for someone who enjoys history, nostalgia, organization, and helping people reconnect with what matters most.
