Operator II (Injection Molding & Automation Operator) 2nd shift Monday -Wednesday

Summary:

Operates injection molding and automated production equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment while monitoring quality, responding to alarms, and supporting setup and maintenance activities. Job Requirements High school diploma or GED required Technical or vocational training preferred Prior experience operating injection molding machines of various tonnage required Experience with automated production equipment, including robot pickers, vision systems, or automated assembly Ability to interpret alarms, warnings, and process signals and make first-level operational decisions Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and authorized resets within defined limits Familiarity with quality systems such as

ISO 13485

preferred Preferred Skills Experience with automation systems, robotic pickers, or vision inspection systems Experience working in ISO 8 / Class 100,000 cleanroom environments Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments Mandarin language skills a plus Job Responsibilities Operate injection molding presses according to approved SOPs, work instructions, and validated process parameters Operate and monitor robot-arm automation systems for part transfer, CCD vision inspection, air filter insertion, and packaging Perform in-process visual inspections and quality checks Identify trends, recurring defects, and abnormal operating conditions Interpret machine, automation, and vision-system alarms Perform authorized resets and first-level troubleshooting Support mold changeovers, basic setup activities, and preventive maintenance under engineering or maintenance direction

Pay:
