Ops Manager - Wastewater Treatment

Bass Environmental is seeking an experienced Operations Manager

• Wastewater Treatment to lead and oversee all aspects of facility (multiple) operations, environmental compliance, safety performance, and team leadership within an industrial wastewater treatment and waste processing environment. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Leadership
• Oversee daily operations of wastewater treatment systems, including chemical treatment, solids handling, and discharge activities
• Ensure operational efficiency, uptime, and throughput targets are consistently met
• Manage plant scheduling, staffing, and workload distribution
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost control and process optimization
• Must be able to travel 50% QualificationsRequired
• 5+ years of wastewater, environmental, or industrial processing experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience in plant/field environment
• Mechanical knowledge of pumps, valves, and fluid handling systems
• Experience with water chemistry and treatment processes
• Hands-on experience with calibrations and sampling
• Experience with

OSHA/EPA

regulations

• Valid driver's license Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree)
• PLC experience (preferred)
