As an energetic and detail-oriented professional, you will assist customers in selecting the perfect eyewear solutions, ensure accurate fitting and adjustments, and provide exceptional customer service. Duties Greet customers warmly and assess their eyewear needs with enthusiasm and professionalism Assist patients in selecting frames that suit their style, face shape, and prescription requirements Take precise measurements for lens prescriptions, including pupillary distance and frame fit Fit, adjust, and repair eyewear to ensure optimal comfort and functionality Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and proper care to maximize their eyewear investment Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, fittings, and repairs in our system Collaborate with the optical team to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer experiences Qualifications Proven experience as an optician or in a similar optical retail role is preferred but not mandatory; training provided for motivated candidates Strong knowledge of optical products, lens types, frame styles, and fitting techniques Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer needs efficiently Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Certification or licensing as required by local regulations (if applicable) is a plus but not essential for all roles Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to improving vision health while delivering outstanding service.
